Carrot smoothies.
It will take:
Carrots — 1 piece;
Lime is a half;
Carrot juice and low-fat sour cream — 250 g.
First mix the carrots with carrot juice in a blender, then add the remaining ingredients and mix until smooth. Smoothie is ready.
Cucumber smoothie.
Cucumber — 100 g;
Sweet pepper — half;
Onion green — 2-3 stems;
A glass of tomato juice;
A teaspoon of lemon juice.
All the ingredients are cut, put into a blender and mixed thoroughly.
Pear smoothies.
Pears — 4 pcs .;
Parsley — a few twigs;
Glass of water.
Pears peeled from the middle and finely chopped, put in a blender, add chopped parsley and water, mix. If the smoothies get too thick, you can add more water.
