Raw vegetables that have been thinly sliced or grated,
crudités are usually served with a dip, either as a starter or snack.
Crudités might include any fresh, seasonal vegetables such as carrots,
celeriac, cucumber, sweet peppers, red cabbage, celery, fennel,
tomatoes, mushrooms or radishes.
